If a product offered on StepUp is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Central African Francs (XAF) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and processed. Any promotional offers are subject to the terms stated in the promotion.

4. Orders and Acceptance

4.1 Order Submission

By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase the products at the prices and on the terms stated. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or fraud detection.

4.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • MTN Mobile Money (Cameroon)
  • Orange Money (Cameroon)
  • Bank transfers (upon request)

5.2 Payment Processing

All payment information is processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use the payment method. You agree to pay all charges that you incur and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Policy

We offer nationwide delivery throughout Cameroon with free shipping on most orders. Shipping times typically range from 3-7 business days within Buea and surrounding areas, and 7-14 business days to other regions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6.2 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. StepUp is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss for all products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address. Once delivered, StepUp is not responsible for damages, theft, or loss of products.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. Products must be:

  • In new, unworn condition with original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage from normal use
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable

7.3 Return Process

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STEPUP, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

THE MATERIALS ON STEPUP'S WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS. STEPUP MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.
